Our goal is not tutoring forever; it's how efficiently can we get your child to the place where they can thrive independently. And the secret sauce to get there is connecting students with incredible teachers who love what they do.

Katy

In 2018, Katy founded Thrive Tutoring in Nashville to connect students with the best and brightest educators in the community. Her dedication to education is driven by a deep belief that every student deserves the opportunity to succeed. She is guided by the conviction that the most powerful force in shaping a child’s future is an exceptional teacher. In addition to recruiting the best and brightest educators, Katy continuously challenges herself and her team to innovate and redefine what’s possible in personalized learning.
