At Thrive Tutoring, we simplify the process of finding the perfect private homeschool teacher for your child or for a pod of students coming together to learn. Our curated matching service connects families with highly qualified educators who align with their unique needs, learning styles, and educational goals. Whether you’re seeking a full-time homeschool teacher, a specialized instructor, or additional academic support, we ensure a seamless, stress-free experience.
Our teachers are licensed professionals with experience in diverse learning environments.
Each educator designs rigorous and engaging lesson plans tailored to your child’s needs.
We accommodate your family’s schedule—many of our private instructors travel with their families to continue learning from anywhere.
We prioritize open communication to ensure a successful learning experience.
We start the process with an in-depth consultation to ensure we are aligned on goals and expectations. During this meeting, we’ll learn more about your child’s learning style and discuss how we can create the best possible learning experience for her.
We outline the expected start and end dates for the homeschooling plan, as well as the predicted number of hours per week and other logistics. This will provide a clear framework for what to expect and allow us to begin the recruitment process.
Our team works together to identify up to 10 highly qualified candidates who align with your family’s preferences. You will have the opportunity to arrange phone calls, video calls, or in-person meetings with candidates to ensure the best fit.
Once a teacher is selected, we will move forward with a draft contract for you that outlines the teaching arrangements and details of the position.
Partner with Thrive to provide your child with an engaging, high-quality homeschool education led by a professional educator.

Collaborating with Other Families:
If your family is planning to homeschool alongside other families, that’s a great option and tends to save some money! The most common arrangement is to split the cost of the teacher’s salary equally among participating families. Please note, however, that teacher pay increases slightly as additional students are added.
We take our responsibility to our families seriously and are consistently driving toward strong outcomes for all of our students.
