Step 3: Customized Follow-Up
You'll receive personalized support and guidance whether that's a School Match Report, admissions coaching, scholarship guidance, etc.
Step 4: Ongoing Support As Needed
Need more help? You can add support for applications, waitlist planning, school tours, or anything else along the way.
Pricing
A La Carte - $150/hr
Need a one-time strategy call or a school tour companion? This flexible option is perfect for families who want help thinking through their child’s situation, prepping for school visits, or navigating next steps without a full package commitment.
We bill a la carte for all special education advocacy.
Application Coaching - $200/school
For magnet, charter, or private school applications, we provide tailored support with essays, timelines, and interview prep. You’ll get focused guidance to help your child present their best self—without the overwhelm.
Packages - Starting at $200
Public/Private School Matching – $200
Includes a 45-minute consultation and a personalized match report with 3–5 schools tailored to your family’s needs and priorities.
School Success Package – $350
All of the above, plus coaching around key deadlines, the enrollment process, and direct application support for one school.
School Landscape Overview – $500
Designed for families who are relocating or new to the area. Includes a 45-minute consultation, a breakdown of local public/private options, ESA eligibility info, and a 30-minute follow-up call.
Scholarship Application Package – $500
Includes a 45-minute consultation, eligibility guidance, and hands-on support with documentation, application materials, and submission. Also includes a 30-minute post-approval follow-up session.
